The Crowd or The Cross

As we walk down the path

The crowd's cheering

Their sound of persuasion

Their hands that waved signalling us to follow

So luring...

So attractive...

So tempting...

Have our eyes been so obsessed by the it

That they no longer can see or notice

The little cross ahead

The logs where bloods were once shed

The trees where all the sins were paid n forgiven

The place where the mission of a carpenter is finished

The point where we are given a chance

to start again.

Tis is where we belong...

The most simple yet most difficult question,
